Ernst von Keffenbrinck-Griebenow

Ernst Graf von Keffenbrinck-Griebenow (* July 14, 1824 in Griebenow ; † March 15, 1900 ibid) was a German landlord as well as a Prussian administrative officer, district administrator and member of the provincial parliament .

Life

Ernst von Keffenbrinck was a son of Ehrenfried Graf von Keffenbrinck-Griebenow, owner of the Fideikommissgüter Griebenow , Kreuzmannshagen and Willershusen, and Jeannette, nee. Freiin Schoultz von Ascheraden from the House of Nehringen. After visiting the school Stralsund he studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn , the Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Berlin and the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg Law . In 1844 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Bonn . After graduating, he became the entails owner of Gut und Schloss Griebenow . In 1866 he became district administrator of the district of Grimmen . He held the office until around 1877. From 1876 to 1881 he was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Pomerania .

Von Keffenbrinck was a Prussian chamberlain and knight of honor of the Order of St. John . From 1868 he was married to Maria von Dycke, widowed Baroness von der Lancken- Wakenitz, the daughter of the landowner and politician Otto von Dycke .
