Ervalla station is a place ( Småort ) in the Swedish province of Örebro län and the historic province of Västmanland .
The name refers to the station built there in the 1850s on the Örebro – Frövi line and the branching line to Nora . It is named after the church village (until 1990: Tatort ) Ervalla , located about three kilometers to the north ; the church there is also the center of the parish of the same name Ervalla socken . The closest crime scene is Ölmbrotorp, about 2.5 kilometers to the south .
The Riksväg 50 (Bergslag diagonal) passes about five kilometers west of the village.
