Malte Holschen (born October 20, 1981 in Bremen ) is a German volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Holschen came to the volleyball boarding school in Frankfurt as a teenager , where he played in the second division and was also used in the youth and junior national teams. In 2001, the middle blocker moved to the first division club evivo Düren , with whom he was German runner-up several times. He was also used five times in the senior national team . In 2009, Holschen moved to league competitor SCC Berlin and took third place in the European Challenge Cup . For private and professional reasons he moved to Münster in 2010 to the regional league team TSC Münster-Gievenbeck , but had to end his volleyball career here due to injury.

Holschen also played beach volleyball on a national level. From 2003 to 2005 he formed a duo with his Düren team-mate Sven Anton and took part in the German championships in Timmendorf three times .
