In 1948 he gave a commemorative speech on the occasion of the inauguration of a memorial cross for Austrian concentration camp victims and those politically persecuted at the Vienna Central Cemetery .
In the VVN magazine “ Der neue Mahnruf ” he appeared with articles in which he erected a memory of the Jewish and political victims of the Nazi regime. In June 1950, as chairman of the Austrian Peace Council, he gave the main speech at the First Austrian Peace Congress in the Great Concert Hall in Vienna , where 2,100 delegates from 300 peace groups in the country had gathered.
