Erwin Waldner junior

Erwin Waldner junior (born August 15, 1966 ) is a former German soccer player . He is the son of national player Erwin Waldner .

Waldner first played for TB Neckarhausen and FV 09 Nürtingen in his youth before joining VfB Stuttgart . With VfB he became German A-Juniorenmeister 1983/84 and was in action over the full game distance in the 3-1 final win after extra time against 1. FC Kaiserslautern . In the 1985/86 season Waldner belonged to the professional squad of VfB Stuttgart without being used in the Bundesliga .

After this season he moved to the Stuttgarter Kickers . He made his debut on February 28, 1987 in the starting line-up of the Kickers in a 4-0 home win on the 23rd matchday of the second division season 1986/87 against 1. FC Saarbrücken in the 2. Bundesliga and scored the second goal of the in the 40th minute of the game Game. He completed his second and last second division appearance on April 4, 1987, when he was substituted on in the game against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in the 75th minute. After Waldner had achieved promotion to the Bundesliga with the Kickers in the 1987/88 season without his own season appearance, he moved to VfL Kirchheim / Teck . For VfL, he completed five appearances in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg in the 1988/89 season . In the 1990/91 season Waldner was active for TSV Pliezhausen .

Erwin Waldner Jr. today runs the Burrenhof gastronomy in Erkenbrechtsweiler .
