Esbit fuel tablets

Esbit originated as an abbreviation for " E rich S chumms B uel i n t the tablets form" and brand name or trademark for fuel pellets from Urotropin . history

Esbit's fuel, hexamethylenetetramine , was discovered in 1859 by Alexander Michailowitsch Butlerow . Components

The Esbit cooker is used by the German Armed Forces and the Austrian Armed Forces to prepare main dishes from the one-man package . The French armed forces use a disposable model: This stove consists of a pre-cut sheet metal that is included in every one-man package and only needs to be opened.
