Esra Inal (born 1981 ) is a German-Turkish actress, author and mentor in the field of personality development. Her unusual life story was filmed for the cinema under the title “8 Seconds” and co-produced by Til Schweiger.

Life

Esra Inal is a student of the author of the Four Promises , Miguel Ruiz , whom she met after a serious crisis. Other actors included Fahri Yardim , Mehmet Kurtuluş , Firat Celik , Sema Poyraz , Grit Boettcher , Axel Stein , and Ralph Herforth . Miguel Ruiz also appears as himself. The film deals, among other things, with the subject of lucid dreams ; the film title refers to the time that an average human life lasts from the perspective of the sun.
