The Estadio Jorge Basadre , formerly also known as Estadio Modelo de Tacna , is a football stadium in the Peruvian city of Tacna , named after the historian Jorge Basadre Grohmann . It is currently used for football matches in the Copa Perú by Coronel Bolognesi . The stadium has a capacity of 19,850 spectators. 277 seats can be used as seats, 69 of which are reserved for VIP guests. The rest of the stadium has standing room. The stadium name was changed when it was renovated for the 2004 Copa América . In addition, some games of the U-20 South American Football Championship 2011 were played here.
