Eugen Klunzinger

Eugen Klunzinger (born October 9, 1938 in Böblingen ) is a German legal scholar and politician . He was a professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Tübingen .

Life

Klunzinger was initially a professor at the Nürtingen University of Applied Sciences and then professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Tübingen, specializing in civil law , commercial and corporate law for economists . He has been retired since May 2020.

He is the author of numerous academic treatises on civil law, commercial, corporate and tax law as well as the author of various textbooks on civil law that are published by Vahlen-Verlag in Munich . At the same time he works as a lecturer at the VWA Stuttgart .

From 1979 to 2006, Klunzinger was a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg as a member of the CDU and chairman of the committee for science and research there for many years. During the reorganization of the broadcasting landscape in the southwest with the aim of merging the previously separate broadcasters SDR and SWF to form today's SWR , he was chairman of the commission of inquiry .

He has been awarded the Federal Cross of Merit, 1st class .
