The FEBS Journal , abbreviated to FEBS J. , is a scientific journal published by the Federation of European Biochemical Societies (FEBS) . Before 2005 the journal was called the European Journal of Biochemistry , a name that was used between 1967 and 2004. The journal was originally founded as a biochemical journal in 1906 by Carl Neuberg .
