from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Euro Touring Series 2017/18 (ETS) is the eleventh season of the Euro Touring Series , a racing series for radio-controlled model cars in Europe.

Six races will be held again this season. Only Getafe near Madrid and a race in the Hudy Racing Arena in Trencin have remained in the calendar from the previous season .

Classes and regulations

The races will only be held with 1:10 electric models. All-wheel-drive touring cars (Modified and Pro Stock) and formula cars are used.

In the Modified, the freest class, electronics and engines are free for the touring cars starting there, but standard Volante tires are required.

In addition to standard tires from Volante, standard motors and governors from Muchmore with 13.5 windings are required for the touring cars of the Pro Stock.

For the formula cars, tires from Volante and standard motors and controllers from Scorpion with 21.5 windings are required.

The sporting process provides for free training sessions, preliminary runs and three finals for each class. In these finals, the two best of each driver are rated, and thus the overall rating is determined.
