European Award of Excellence City for Children
The European Award of Excellence City for Children is an award for child-friendly projects in major European cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants. The prize, which has been awarded annually in changing subject areas since 2009, is awarded by the Cities for Children network , the City of Stuttgart , the Congress of Municipalities and Regions of the Council of Europe (CLRAE), the Council of Municipalities and Regions of Europe (CEMR) and the Robert Bosch Foundation .
Other names for the award include the European City for Children Award , City for Children Award , European Award of Excellence "City for Children" or - rarely - European Award for child-friendly cities .
