Eusebio Ayala
Eusebio Ayala (born August 14, 1875 in Barrero Guasú , today Eusebio Ayala District , † June 4, 1942 in Buenos Aires ) was President of Paraguay twice : from November 3, 1921 to April 1, 1923, and from August 15, 1932 until February 17, 1936. He belonged to the Liberal Party. During its second legislature, the country was in the Chaco War against Bolivia, since the victorious outcome for Paraguay, Ayala has been named Presidente de la Victoria in the official Paraguayan historiography .
