Eva Maria Schönfeld

Eva Maria Schönfeld (born June 13, 1944 in Werdau ) is a German CDU politician . From 1994 to 2004 she was a member of the Saxon State Parliament .

Life

After finishing school, Schönfeld completed an apprenticeship as a men's tailor. Then she worked as a parish helper in the church sector in 1969 and 1970. Between 1990 and 1994 she was a clerk in the city administration of Schwarzenberg . She is the chairwoman of the sponsoring association of the Jenaplanschule Markersbach .

politics

Schönfeld has been a member of the CDU since 1990. From 1990 she was a member of the district executive committee of the CDU and from 1994 to 2001 local chairman in Schwarzenberg. She was also a member of the Schwarzenberg district council from 1990 to 1994. Schönfeld was a member of the Saxon state parliament between 1994 and 2004. As a direct candidate of the CDU, she was able to prevail against Gudrun Klein ( SPD ) in constituency 6 - Westerzgebirge 2 in the state elections in 1994 and 1999 . She was deputy chairperson of the Agriculture, Food and Forestry Committee for the third term . In 2004 she did not run for elections and withdrew from politics.
