Evelin King
Evelin König (* 1966 in Saulgau ) is a German television presenter and journalist .
Career
Evelin König completed a traineeship at Südwestfunk after she had already worked as a reporter for Südwestfunk in Baden-Baden and Tübingen while studying cultural studies, art history and German studies in Tübingen . König regularly presented the Baden-Württemberg news program on SWR television . There she works as a reporter and presenter for various programs in the fields of service and culture. Among other things, she is in front of the camera for special programs, such as the 33-hour live report from the Eiger north face. Since 1998 Evelin König has been moderating the weekday program ARD-Buffet in the first, alternating with other moderators . From March 2008 to 2014 she also presented the show Kochkunst with Vincent Klink . Since June 2015 she has been presenting the program Kaffee oder Tee on SWR television.
Private
Evelin König is married to radio host Michael Wirbitzky and has two sons (born in 2001 and 2004).
