Evelyn McMeekin
Evelyn McMeekin (born December 1, 1956 ) is a former British sprinter and middle distance runner .
At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974, she was fourth with the Scottish team in the 4 x 400 meter relay and reached the semifinals over 400 m .
In 1978 she was sixth over 800 meters at the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton and fourth in the Scottish 4-by-400-meter relay.
In 1976 and 1978 she was Scottish champion over 800 m.
