features

The moths have a wingspan of 31 to 33 millimeters. The antennae of the males are ciliated very briefly. The head, body and forewings are pale, sandy yellow. A sloping sandy-brown line begins near the apex and extends to the inner edge of the wing. It runs almost parallel to the outer edge. The inclined, incomplete inner transverse line is only weakly indicated. The drawing also includes a double disk spot and some tiny dark points on the veins in front of the outer line. The fringed scales are monochrome, only between the ends of the veins do they have a few small dark spots at the base. The hind wings shine yellowish white. The undersides of the fore wings are darker than those of the hind wings. They are mixed yellowish brown, have a conspicuous discal spot, a dark outer line and a fine dark border line. The hind wing underside is whitish yellow and has a thin orange-brown border. The fringed scales are one color.

In the males the uncus is narrowly spatulate and has a blunt apex . The gnathos is dagger-shaped and has six small teeth at the tip. The blades are wide and slightly curved. They are thickened at the base and have a rounded apex. The widened base forms an indicated saccule . The clasper is missing. The phallus is provided with two elongated cornuti groups, which are located on a scaly band. In addition, it has a pair of prickly, brush-like areas.

The female genital fittings are unknown.
