Ewa Chodakowska
Ewa Chodakowska-Kavoukis (born February 24, 1982 in Sanok ) is a Polish fitness trainer and personal trainer .
Life
Chodakowska studied Pilates in Greece and graduated from the IAFA Academy in Athens . In Poland she joined the morning show radio station TVN and showed her fitness program. She published several CDs and DVDs with training programs, which appeared, among other things, as supplements to the Polish edition of Shape magazine. She is the author of three books (translated Change Your Life with Ewa Chodakowska , Your Fitness Diary and Ewa Chodakowska Recipe for Success ).
The Polish news magazine Wprost led Ewa Chodakowska in 2013 in the list of the 50 most influential people in Poland in ninth place. That made her the top woman in the list.
