Playoffs

The playoff quarter and semi-finals are played in best-of-seven mode. The playo final will be held as a super final in the O₂ Arena in Prague .

Quarter finals

Chodov, 1. SC TEMPISH and Herbadent FK qualify for the semi-finals after just four games. Ostrava does not qualify for the semifinals until after seven games.
