The club was created through the merger of the women's football departments of SG Rot-Weiß Hillen from Recklinghausen and SuS Concordia Flaesheim . SG Rot-Weiß Hillen
In 1995, the women's team of SG Rot-Weiß Hillen rose to the women's Bundesliga, but had to relegate again after a year. After several years in the regional league, the women's football departments of Rot-Weiß Hillen and Concordia Flaesheim merged and founded a women's football club, the FFC Flaesheim-Hillen.

SuS Concordia Flaesheim
The game and sports club Concordia Flaesheim was founded in Flaesheim in 1969 . In addition to football, the sports shooting , athletics and tennis also belong to the club. After the FFC Flaesheim-Hillen was dissolved, Concordia Flaesheim rebuilt women's teams and the first team rose from the district league to the fourth-class women's association league (Westfalenliga). Since then, the team has been commuting between the Westphalia League and the State League.
