These locomotives of type C first had the numbers 7-10 , later 17-20 , after nationalization by the kkStB, were initially classified as 31.01-04 , then in 1894 as 35 .91-94 , before they were finally redesignated in 1904 Numbers 135.91-94 were given.
After the First World War , three machines (135.91–92, 94) came to the BBÖ , which they retired in 1927 and 1929. The 135.93 came to the FS as the 196 series .
