Fabege AB is a Swedish company active in the real estate industry in the field of commercial real estate, listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
The company was founded in 1924 by OP Wihlborg in Malmö and operated under the name Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB until May 2005 . The main market is next to the Stockholm city center and the Greater Stockholm, u. a. in Kista , Solna , Täby or Nacka . The company also has building sites that will be built on and marketed in the future as soon as there is interest. About 140 people are employed at Fabege.
The market value on December 31, 2004 was SEK 13 billion, making Fabege the largest real estate company on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
