Fabian Schaad (born January 23, 1992 ) is a Swiss cross-country skier .

Career

Schaad made his debut in the Cross-Country World Cup in February 2013 in Davos , where he finished 59th in the sprint and 76th in the 15 km freestyle. He won his first World Cup points at his next World Cup appearance in January 2014 in Szklarska Poreba with rank 25. In the 2014/15 season , Schaad took part in two sprint competitions held in Davos and placed 62 and 47 respectively. In January 2015 he succeeded ranked ninth in the sprint in Oberwiesenthal, his first top 10 result in the cross-country Alpine Cup .

Schaad is the brother of Roman Schaad , who is also a cross-country skier.
