Factory owner's villa (Böckingen)
The factory owner's villa with garden house in the factory park was built in 1948/49 according to plans by the architect Ludwig Hilmar Kresse for the businessman and owner of an oil factory Kurt Scheuerle and is located in Grünewaldstrasse 48/1 and Limesstrasse 9/1 in the Heilbronn district of Böckingen . The building is a listed building .

The building has a dominant hipped roof and dormers . A tiled stove can be found in the interior design of the house , which is decorated with motifs from Heilbronn's history.
The factory owner's villa is a villa building new dikes in Heilbronn the early postwar period. At the beginning of the 1950s, the Scheuerle house was mentioned in the Merian booklet next to the Safe'schen Apotheke. A 1952 out given Merian -Heft shows the house in several photographs by Toni Schneiders as an example of the garden rich outer districts of Heilbronn incurred charming villa-new buildings.
Art historical significance
The factory owner's villa represents the baroque style of the Stuttgart Schmitthenner School with classic motifs of residential building culture , such as hipped roof, roof houses and lattice windows.
