Faculty of 1000
Faculty of 1000 or F1000 (German Faculty of 1000 ) is a website for scientists that is used for the collaborative evaluation of publications in the field of life sciences .
F1000 was founded by Vitek Tracz and has now attracted around 5000 scientists. The paid recommendation service is called F1000Prime .
With F1000Research also is Open Access operated -Veröffentlichungsplattform. Publications submitted there are accessible via PubMed at a very early stage ; all reports are made public and each improved version is given its own version number.
