Falk Hühne
Falk Hühne (* 1979 ) is a comic and cartoon artist from Leipzig . He studied sociology, literature and media studies at the University of Leipzig until 2006 and completed his studies with a Magister Artium .
In his childhood he was inspired to draw by Disney cartoons and the animated series Simpsons , and today he produces, among other things, Flash animations. His best-known figure is named Jolly Bear . This became known primarily through Hühne's website , which he has been running since 2000. With this figure he successfully participated in the sevenload “active artist fund” .
His works are characterized by a cheeky, very humorous and sometimes rough style. He works as a freelancer and animates mainly for the well-known comic artist Ralph Ruthe .
While his cartoons were previously only known to connoisseurs and in the Saxon region, they later gained greater popularity through distribution on YouTube and other platforms, right up to being broadcast on the ZDF night program.
Hühne can occasionally be found doing book signing at the book fair in his hometown.
Projects
His website is a collection of now well over 100 Flash-animated sketches and other cartoons, which stage the main characters such as the mostly good-humored joke-telling joker , the Checker or the perverted baby in the Saxon dialect . The site is financed through the distribution of DVDs and T-shirts with chicken motifs.
His book Hoppelbäschenkostüm was published by Toonster in 2004 , this agency also markets his films and animations professionally.
In 2009, the trick / animated feature film released The Fat Made Trickparade with episodes of Schwarwels Schweinevogel , Ulkbär among others and a puppet background story as well as the short film Ulkbär - In the shadow of Pyrolaxe .
