Fatoumata Yarie Camara

Fatoumata Yarie Camara (born February 15, 1996 ) is a Guinean wrestler .

Life

At the African Wrestling Championships 2018 in Port Harcourt , Camara competed in freestyle wrestling in the under 59 kg category and reached 6th place. At the World Wrestling Championships 2018 in Budapest in the competition of freestyle wrestling in the category under 59 kg she reached the 21st place.

At the African Wrestling Championships 2019 in Hammamet , Camara competed in freestyle wrestling in the under 62 kg category and came in 6th place. At the 2019 African Games in Rabat , she competed in freestyle wrestling in the under 62 kg category and won the bronze medal. This qualified her for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo . At the Wrestling World Championships 2019 in Nur-Sultan in the competition of freestyle wrestling in the category under 65 kg, she reached 11th place.
