Jeff Pinkner (born November 16, 1965 ) is an American screenwriter .

Life

He became known as the screenwriter of television series such as Alias ​​- The Agent and Fringe - Borderline Cases of the FBI, as well as adventure films such as Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and the sequel Jumanji: The Next Level .

As part of the Lost screenwriting team , Jeff Pinkner was nominated for the 2007 Writers Guild of America Award from the US Writers Guild of America for Best Screenplay in a Drama Series.

He had his first major film participation as a screenwriter in 2012 for The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise of Electro together with Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci . In 2015, together with Josh Appelbaum , André Nemec and Scott Rosenberg, he developed the idea for the television series Zoo , which consists of three seasons and was broadcast until 2017.
