Felipe Carvalho , full name Luis Felipe Carvalho da Silva , (born September 18, 1993 in Rivera ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.88-meter-tall defensive player Carvalho has been part of the squad of the first division club Tacuarembó FC since the 2015 Clausura . At the club from Tacuarembó in northern Uruguay he made his debut under coach Jorge Castelli on February 15, 2015 in the 0-1 home defeat against Club Atlético Rentistas with a starting eleven in the Primera División . In the 2014/15 season he played in a total of 15 top division games (no goal). In mid-July 2015 he moved to Sweden to Malmö FF . At Sweden he was coach Åge Hareide for the first time on July 25, 2015 in the 3-0 win over GIF Sundsvall in the Allsvenskan and was in the starting line-up. For the club, he played 13 league games (three goals) and was used seven times (no goal) in the Champions League . In July 2016, a loan to Falkenbergs FF followed . There he was used in 14 league games (no goal) and one encounter (no goal) of the Svenska Cupen . He returned to Malmö FF in early 2017 and played there in the top Swedish division until the end of the year. Then he moved to Norway to Vålerenga Oslo . From this club he was awarded to Nacional Montevideo in his home country of Uruguay in 2019 .
