Felix W. Eymann

Felix W. Eymann (born January 29, 1948 ) is a Swiss doctor and politician ( LDP ).

Life

Eymann received his doctorate in medicine from the University of Basel in 1987 . He is now self-employed as a specialist in surgery FMH .

From May 5, 1988 to January 24, 2001, Eymann sat for the first time in the Grand Council of the Canton of Basel-Stadt . In 1997 he moved from the FDP to the DSP before converting to the LDP in 2012 after it was dissolved .

On February 2, 2005, he was re-elected to the Grand Council, where he took a seat on the Health and Social Commission. Since April 10, 2013, he has been a member of the IGPK Uni-Kinderspital both Basel delegation , and from May 31, 2017 until his resignation he chaired the delegation. On January 31, 2020, he resigned from the Grand Council.
