Telecommunication system

As a telecommunications system counts each technical installation or any technical system , as messages identifiable electromagnetic or optical signals transmit, transfer, convey received control, or can control.

General

This is the legal definition of Section 3 No. 23 of the Telecommunications Act .

The abbreviation TK-Anlage (TK-Anl or TKAnl) formed from the telecommunication system mostly denotes a telephone system in technical jargon . Telephone systems are mainly divided into the categories analog and digital . The telephone system is connected to the public network ( e.g. ISDN ) via a number of lines or user channels that varies depending on the requirements .

Telecommunications systems include, in particular, the transmission paths in the form of cable ( telephone network , broadband network ) or radio connections with their transmission equipment as point-to-point or point-to-multipoint connections with a certain information throughput capacity ( bandwidth or bit rate ) including their terminating equipment (§ 3 No. 28 TKG), frequencies , telecommunication devices or telecommunication networks .
