music

The music in the series was composed by Shōgo Kaida . The songs Uragiri no Nai Sekai made ( 裏 切 り の な い 世界 ま で ) and Inishie ( イ ニ シ エ ) by Rayflower were used for the two opening credits . The end credits are Aoi Ito ( 蒼 い 糸 ) and Kizuna ( ), also both by Rayflower.

reception

Animania magazine praises the manga as a solid shōjo genre work. The Shackles of Treason do not come up with anything new, but are well told and implemented, even if it “seems a little overloaded in terms of content”. Stylistically, the artist remains true to her earlier works such as Only the Ringfinger knows , using many background patterns and grid foils. Dynamism is created by the varied and freely designed panels. Despite the outward impression, it is also not a Shōnen-ai story, even if the relationship between the two main characters has homoerotic undertones. Fans of the homoerotic genre could therefore still like the manga, and shōjo fans can recommend it anyway.
