The Feuerstätterkopf is a 1645  m high mountain in the Allgäu Prealps west of the Iller , between Balderschwang and Sibratsgälle . The notch height of the Feuerstätterkopf is at least 365 meters, its dominance 5.3 kilometers.

Ascent

The paths to the top are hidden and overgrown. An ascent requires orientation skills and surefootedness.

geology

The Feuerstätterkopf is made of flysch and is located in the highest Helvetic blanket , the Ultrahelvetic , for which it is the namesake here ( Feuerstätter blanket ).
