Fikre Selassie Wogderess ( Amharic ፍቅረ ሥላሴ ወግደረስ ; * approx. 1945 ) is an Ethiopian politician .

From September 10, 1987 to November 8, 1989, he was the first Prime Minister of the People's Democratic Republic of Ethiopia . He was also a member of the All-Ethiopian Socialist Movement .
