Abebe Aragai

Ras Abebe Aragai ( Amharic አበበ አረጋይ ; * 1903 ; † December 12, 1960 ) was an Ethiopian politician.

From November 17, 1957 until his death he was the second prime minister of his country.

The office of Prime Minister was re-created by Emperor Haile Selassie in 1942, one year after his triumphant return after the Italian invasion, as part of a social and economic modernization.
