Filippo Strozzi (* 1541 ; † 1582 ) was a Florentine general in the service of France . He came from the Italian Strozzi family .

He was the son of the French marshal Piero Strozzi and a grandson of the younger Filippo Strozzi, served in the French army and was captured and killed by the Spaniards on the campaign against the Duke of Terceira in a sea ​​battle off the Azores . He was a friend of Pierre de Bourdeille, seigneur de Brantôme (1540-1614).
