action

Anne is madly in love with Sasha, the coolest girl in her school. A secret she confides in her best friend Clifton. But he has had a secret crush on Anne for a long time and is now doing everything to intervene. When he tries to kiss Anne after he has been dumped by her several times, the two have sex. It remains unclear whether it is consensual sex. Ultimately, Anne pushes Clifton away to tell him that her secret crush is a girl and not a boy as expected. Clifton insults her and the two break off contact.

Using the pretext of doing research for the school newspaper, Anne visits Sasha, who plays on the school's softball team, and the two become friends. Clifton is still mourning Anne afterwards and in the course of his jealousy saw up Anne's bicycle lock, whereupon Anne's bicycle is stolen. Out of anger, Anne attacks Clifton in class the next day and is temporarily expelled from school. Clifton finds out that Anne is into Sasha and decides to ask Sasha out on a date herself.

When Anne stays with Sasha for the first time, Anne kisses Sasha. Sasha reacts confused and from then on begins to distance herself more and more from Anne. Sasha accepts Clifton's offer and the two enter into a relationship. After a while, Clifton feels used and breaks up. Anne tries to win Sasha over and openly admits her feelings, but Sasha remains aloof.

Desperate, Anne decides to print a picture in the school newspaper showing Sasha and Anne kissing. Then Anne, Sasha, Clifton and all parents are summoned to school for a discussion. There Sasha says that the photo and the kiss were not mutually agreed and that Anne kissed her against her will. Clifton, who is beginning to feel guilty about not clearly having consensual sex with Anne, takes the blame for the photo. Sasha changes her statement and says she doesn't know if the kiss was consensual. So Anne gets away with impunity.

Later, Anne visits Jasmine, the owner of a bar where Sasha and Anne spent a lot of time after school, and gets tested for HIV. The two reflect on what happened and Anne tells of another non-consensual sexual experience from her past. Anne now accepts that she is a lesbian. On her way home, she buys a new bike.
