The Flachsbäke is a flowing body of water in the municipality of Harpstedt and in the town of Wildeshausen in the Oldenburg district in Lower Saxony .

The Flachsbäke in the Klein Henstedter Moor

The source of the creek is north of Wunderburg in the Klein Henstedter Heide in the Feinen Moor . From there it flows in a southwesterly direction until the north of the A 1 by Simmershausen . Then it crosses under it, meanders through the Hölscher Holz and reaches the urban area of Wildeshausen .

The Flachsbäke flows there west of the "Kreisamt", the district administration of the district of Oldenburg , from the right into the Hunte .
