action

Marisa and Frank Engelmann are newly married. Despite the tight budget, the two want to go on their honeymoon. The two gratefully accept a cheap offer from a travel agency for a trip to South Africa. When they arrive at the hotel, they find that their accommodation is remote and shabby. The two are the only guests. An old lady is the only staff. When an ambulance pulls up the next morning, Marisa and Frank curiously examine it. Two men get out and suddenly attack. Frank fights back with all his might so that Marisa can escape. She is being followed by a third man. In a panic, Marisa throws a poisonous snake at the pursuer, who immediately dies from a snakebite. She wants to call for help from the hotel, but the old lady turns out to be the men's accomplice. She threatens Marisa with a shotgun, but Marisa escapes again.

She comes to a street where she stops a minibus, which reluctantly picks her up. She is pursued again, but the van can outrun the men. On the bus, Marisa meets Serafina, who gives her an address to turn to. Marisa finds accommodation in a bar, and shortly afterwards the pursuers reach the hiding place. You offer 10,000 rand for a clue, but those present ignore it. Thereupon they submit a search report to the police. They shoot one of the police officers in order to attach the murder to Marisa, who is now wanted as a murderer.

Meanwhile, Frank wakes up in a hospital. He realizes that he is the victim of an organ trafficking gang. When a doctor tries to examine him, he overwhelms him. Shortly afterwards, the medication made him faint and overwhelmed. Serafina has meanwhile persuaded her husband Biko to help Marisa. In the course of the film it turns out that Biko's deceased son was also a victim of organ trafficking. At that time he was run over after a soccer game and abducted. Biko feels guilty because he didn't pick him up at the time. Biko and the disguised Marisa rent a couple in the remote hotel. As planned, they are picked up by the ambulance. Biko is able to free himself from his bonds while his friends in three trucks chase the car. One of the drivers realizes that Marisa is awake and a fight ensues. The trucks can stop the car. One of the kidnappers gets out and is shot. The other is overwhelmed.

Suddenly a police car approaches. The men stage a flat tire and Biko tries to distract the policeman. After the policeman sees the ambulance, the overwhelmed driver clarifies the truth, so the policeman gains confidence. Suddenly the driver got hold of a gun and shot the policeman. He is overwhelmed again. Marisa and Biko now drive to the clinic as disguised organ dealers with the driver and the dead police officer. At the security post of the clinic they say the slogan “We bring meat for Dr. Jackson ”that they received from the dead driver. You are allowed to pass, but not into the building, Biko is desperate. After being paid by a soldier, Marisa breaks into the building and looks for evidence. She is led by Dr. Jackson and a sister surprised. She pretends to be a new nurse, and she's lucky. In fact, a new nurse from Germany is expected. Marisa can secretly reach Frank, but Dr. Jackson realizes that Marisa is an intruder. She still wants to help her.

Marisa can drag Frank outside, but Biko has since been overwhelmed. He is being interrogated when Marisa joins them. She shoots the interrogating soldier and frees Biko. Together with Dr. Jackson they will be led by Dr. Geyer posed. He wants to take her to an "urgent operation". Dr. Jackson attacks him. A shot goes off, Dr. Geyer is dead, Dr. Jackson badly injured. With an ambulance, Marisa, Frank and Biko race with Dr. Jackson of it. When they are safe, they find that Dr. Jackson has since died. In the township, Marisa and Frank say goodbye to Biko, his family and their friends. The film ends in another European city, in another travel agency. Another couple is in the process of booking a cheap vacation, and the woman who makes them an offer is the same one who offered Frank and Marisa the “bargain trip” to South Africa.
