Sebastian Ströbel (born February 2, 1977 in Karlsruhe ) is a German actor .

Life

After graduating from Spohn-Gymnasium Ravensburg , Ströbel completed an apprenticeship at the Mozarteum in Salzburg . He is married and has four children.

He made his screen debut alongside Tobias Moretti in an episode of the crime series Kommissar Rex . From 2000 to 2001 Ströbel played the role of Max Lindner in the early evening series Powder Park (Suddenly grown up!). In 2003 he starred alongside Alexandra Maria Lara in the short film Leise Krieger , directed by Alex Dierbach. In 2004, Ströbel took on the lead role alongside Felicitas Woll in the film Abgefahren - With full throttle in love . In 2007 he was at the side of Yvonne Catterfeld in the television film If love were so easyto see. At the beginning of 2010, Ströbel played a globetrotter in the video for Spinner by the band Revolverheld . As of January 14, 2010 Stroebel was in three seasons of the RTL - TV show Countdown - The hunt begins in the lead role as Commissioner Jan Brenner to see. Since July 2010 Ströbel has been the face of an advertising campaign for the insurance group ERGO together with Inez Bjørg David and Samuel Finzi .

Since 2014 he has played the role of Markus Kofler in the ZDF series Die Bergretter .
