A solar storm destroys the satellites of the ACAT system, a new type of anti-terrorism program for aircraft. This puts Air Force One and an Americana Blue passenger aircraft on a direct collision course. While the FAA is trying to make contact with the two machines on the ground in the Cleveland Tower, attempts are being made on board Air Force One to change course.
