Raft pond
A raft pond (also a raft pond ) is a water management system that is usually created artificially in order to ensure a sufficient water level for the associated artificial, raftable body of water (e.g. raft ditch ). Wood was usually rafted on such raft or raft ditches . Raft ponds are mainly found in low mountain ranges. In connection with this are mostly the raft places .
