Florence Vanida Faivre (born June 8, 1983 ) is a French-Thai actress.

Florence Faivre grew up in Aix-en-Provence in southern France. Her mother is Thai and her father is French. As a teenager, she moved to Bangkok , Thailand with her parents . She first appeared on television when she was 13. She has regularly hosted two Thai television shows: Teentalk and E for Teens . At the same time she worked on many programs as a guest presenter of international television shows throughout Southeast Asia. In her senior year 2002, she starred in The Siam Renaissance by the Pang brothers, producers of Bangkok Dangerous and Tears of the Black Tiger . Florence Faivre then moved to New York to advance her acting career and soon starred in the films Chok Dee (with Bernard Giraudeau ) and The Elephant King (with Ellen Burstyn ) , among others . She has also made guest appearances on television series such as Kings , How to Make It in America , The Following , Alpha House and Bull . She had her big breakthrough with the television series The Expanse .

She lives in New York City and Los Angeles .
