Florian Kluger

Florian Kluger (* 1980 ) is a Roman Catholic theologian .

Life

He studied theology, education , sociology and religious education / church education in Eichstätt and Würzburg . He completed his doctoral studies in Munich and Würzburg with a doctorate in 2012 with a thesis on blessing celebrations. After completing his habilitation in 2018 in Eichstätt in the field of liturgy and education , he is a reviewer for the distance learning course liturgy in the distance learning course at the German Liturgical Institute . From 2005 to 2012 he was a research assistant at the Chair for Dogmatics (2005-2006) and at the Chair for Liturgical Studies (2005-2012) at the Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg . From 2012 to 2016 he was academic advisor at the professorship for liturgical science in the theological faculty. Since the 2016/202017 winter semester, he has been the professor for liturgy at the Faculty of Religious Education and Church Educational Work at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt . He has been Vice Dean of the Faculty since October 2017 .
