Florian Marku (born September 29, 1992 in Lushnja , Albania ) is an Albanian kickboxer, MMA fighter and boxer . He was WKU world champion in 2014 .

His parents moved to Greece from Albania when Marku was a little boy. He started out with boxing in Thessaloniki and was then trained as a kickboxer by George Armagos. In 2013 he moved to Austria and boxed at Thaikibo in Linz . Before switching from kickboxing to MMA in 2014 , he had won 43 fights and lost three.

On May 9th, 2014 he defeated Simon Poskotin in five rounds of three minutes each on points in the Steko's Fight Night and thus became WKU world champion in the kickbox full contact category in the weight class up to 72.5 kg.

For a 2012 crime, Marku was sentenced to prison in 2014. He was released after four and a half months in Austria and 13 months in Greece.

He ran his first competition on October 9, 2016 and won. On December 1, 2018, he made his debut as a welterweight boxer in a fight in Ulm.
