Florian Meyer (born July 14, 1987 in Preetz ) is a German soccer player . He plays in left midfield, but can also play in defense on the left. Meyer has been playing for SC Weiche Flensburg 08 since 2013 .
Life
Florian Meyer attended secondary school (Hoffmann von Fallersleben school center) in Lütjenburg and left it with secondary school leaving certificate . Florian Meyer then completed an apprenticeship as an administrative clerk .
Career
Florian Meyer started playing football at TSV Lütjenburg at the age of seven . At the age of 13, Meyer moved to Preetz TSV for a year , and in 2001 he moved to Holstein Kiel's youth department. Florian Meyer also played for the Plön district selection and the Schleswig-Holstein state selection .
In his youth, Florian Meyer played in the storm. At Holstein Kiel he was increasingly used on the left side of midfield and left in defense. In 2005 Florian Meyer got a contract for the second team from Holstein Kiel, which were playing in the Oberliga Nord at the time. After being promoted to the Regionalliga Nord in 2008, Holstein Kiel made it into the 3rd professional league by winning the championship in 2009 . In the 2009/10 season it was enough for Meyer and his club, however, only to 19th and penultimate place in the table, which meant relegation to the regional league. After three more years with the Kieler Störchen in the regional league, Meyer moved to ETSV Weiche Flensburg in summer 2013 (since July 2017 SC Weiche Flensburg 08 ).
