Florian Tausendpfund (born January 5, 1987 in Regensburg ) is a German soccer player . The defender was last under contract with 1. FC Heidenheim until the summer ; since then he has been without a club.

career

In his youth, Thousand Pounds played for TSV Bernhardswald before he moved to SSV Jahn Regensburg , where he was also used in the U-19 Bundesliga . To enter the senior sector, he then joined the second team of TSV 1860 Munich . Initially, he mainly acted as a substitute in the Regionalliga Süd , but got a regular place in the 2007/08 season. However, the team missed the qualification for the new 3rd division and so he played the following year in the regional league, which was only fourth class after the league reform.

After a total of 63 games in which he scored five goals, he moved to the third division for SV Sandhausen in the 2009/10 season . He made his professional league debut there on September 26, 2009, when he replaced Jan Fießer in the 80th minute in the 1: 2 home defeat against FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt . At the end of the first half of the season he was used several times without being able to play in the regular team. Also in the first half of the 2010/11 season he only played occasionally, so he decided to switch to the winter break.

On January 11, 2011, Florian Thousand Pound was presented as a new addition to the league competitor 1. FC Heidenheim . He played his first game for Heidenheim on February 12, 2011 at his ex-club SV Sandhausen when he was substituted on in the 87th minute. As a replacement for the long-term injured Florian Krebs , he was used nine times in the second half of the season. In the following year he then took up the regular position in central defense, but was ousted there again in the second half of the season by the returnees Krebs and came to a total of 25 missions. The Heidenheim defense was the second best in the league in the 2011/12 season with only 36 goals conceded and the club achieved its best result in professional football with fourth place. In the summer of 2013, his contract in Heidenheim was not extended.

Since 2014 he has been playing for the Schwandorf club SC Ettmannsdorf.
