The Ouarzazate Airport is a civilian airport in Morocco . It is located two kilometers from the city of Ouarzazate . In 2007, 3,056 aircraft went to the airport, moving 31.39 tons of freight and 103,561 passengers. At the moment only Royal Air Maroc flies the airport. This connects Ouarzazate up to ten times a week with the home base in Casablanca . The only existing European destination from Ouarzazate is Paris-Orly , which is served twice a week. Luxair also lands at Ouarzazate airport during charter operations .
