The angads airport ( Arabic مطار وجدة أنجاد, also Oujda Les Angades Airport ) is the international airport of the Moroccan city of Oujda and is located around 12 kilometers north of the city. The airport is currently connected directly from some major European cities, including Paris-Orly , Brussels , Amsterdam , Weeze, as well as Marseille , Charleroi and Strasbourg . As an inner Moroccan destination, Casablanca is served several times a day by a Boeing 737 from Royal Air Maroc .
expansion
The airport is currently being expanded. A new terminal with a capacity of 2 million passengers per year, a new tower , 800 new parking spaces and a taxiway parallel to the runway are being built on an area of 20,000 m² . The airport is supposed to serve the tourist resort of Mediterrania-Saïdia , about 50 kilometers to the north -west .
