Fly ( English for " Fly ") is the fourth studio album of British singer Sarah Brightman . It was originally released on December 1, 1995 on the EastWest Records label. On November 22, 1996 it was re-released with the hit single Time to Say Goodbye (Con te partirò) .
Music style and production
The album can be assigned to the genres of pop music and crossover . Sarah Brightman's soprano singing is combined with elements of electronic music .
Fly was produced by the German music producer Frank Peterson .
Cover design
The album cover shows Sarah Brightman, dressed in black, looking at the viewer as she holds out her hands to the camera. In the background you can see a net-like structure in blue tones and in the lower part of the picture is the white lettering Sarah Brightman Fly .

Chart successes and singles
The album entered the German charts at number 97 on January 15, 1996 and reached its preliminary high position on May 20, at 54th place. After being re-released, it entered the charts again on December 9, 1996, and on January 20, 1997, it reached the top position at rank 20. In total, Fly stayed in the top 100 for 30 weeks with interruptions. The album also hit the charts in Austria and Switzerland. In the 1997 German annual charts, the sound carrier was ranked 99th.
As singles , the songs were A Question of Honor , Heaven Is Here , How Can Heaven Love Me and Time to Say Goodbye (Con te partirò) decoupled.
Sales figures and awards
In 2007 Fly was awarded a gold record for more than 250,000 copies sold in Germany . The single Time to Say Goodbye (Con te partirò) received 11 gold medals in Germany in 1998 for over 2.75 million units sold.
